Customer service is what I loved the most!! All of the staffs were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the location was everything!! When we were tired from all the walking we stayed in our room and sat on the window ledge and watched the street performers! The rooftop bar was beautiful with the view of the city. Would most definitely stay there again.

I am very pleased with my choice of hotel! First of all, the location couldn’t have been better!!! You step out the door and there is Leicester Square. So many restaurants within just steps. Surrounded by all of the West End theatres. Always people around the area but not crazy crowded. Also within an enjoyable walk to Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the London Eye, Covent Garden, the Thames, among other places. Right around the corner from Chinatown. The staff were all amazing - friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every way! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable with a beautiful, modern bathroom. The pillows were even comfortable to sleep on, which I have not been finding in many hotels anywhere recently. I love that there was a safe to keep important items in. The rooftop restaurant/bar was great too. The view of London from there couldn’t be better. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at my favorite hotel for the third time, and I cannot express enough how remarkable my experience was. This hotel has truly become my one and only in London. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Carlos, whose warm welcome and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Chops, your professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, enhancing my stay immensely. Yvvone, your kindness and willingness to assist with any request were greatly appreciated. Yorika, your efficiency and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in the quality of service I received. The dedication and care demonstrated by Carlos, Chops, Yvvone, and Yorika truly set this hotel apart. Their exceptional service made my stay memorable and enjoyable. Room with a view over Leicester square could not be faulted. Excellent location for visiting central london and many of the tourist spots. Excellent view from the rooftop restaurant/bar.

The location is amazing, so central. On arrival we were checked in by Chaps who was also dealing with a difficult guest and handled it beautifully and professionally. He very kindly upgraded us and provided extra treats for us which were just lovely and made our stay extra special. In fact, all the staff we came across were fantastic and made the stay 1st class. The bedroom was amazing and so quiet for such a central location and the rooftop bar has fabulous views - the hotel certainly exceeded our expectations - thank you!

Was a lovely stay at hotel, staff were very welcoming and polite/professional, decor of the whole hotel was wonderful including the room which had a great view (room 807) clean with plenty of space and a nice touch with bottled water and tea/coffee facilities, added bonus was the roof top bar which we didn’t know about until we checked in fabulous cocktails and although we didn’t eat we saw some beautiful food being served Would definitely stay again.
