A lovely stay over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Very friendly and attentive staff. This hotel is in a superb central location which allows you to easily enjoying the surrounding landmarks and is well placed to experience the many bars, clubs and theatres central London has on offer. The rooftop bar and resteraunt offers stunning views across the city and the outside area is perfect for a warm sunny evening. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are cozy and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with powerful rainforest shower and a good selection of complimentary toiletries. Will definitely use this hotel on our future visits to London.

Location is so central. The underground and buses are all right on the door step. It's a great location for walking to a bunch if theatre shows and enjoying the London night life. I was surprised at how quiet the room was being that it is in the middle of a rowdy area but we did not hear a thing from the street. We felt safe and secure. The room was spacious and the shower had great pressure. The bed matress was medium firmness and the pillows soft. The rooftop restaurant is a must visit. After check out they held onto our bags so we could still walk around the city until our train left in the late afternoon.

Customer service is what I loved the most!! All of the staffs were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the location was everything!! When we were tired from all the walking we stayed in our room and sat on the window ledge and watched the street performers! The rooftop bar was beautiful with the view of the city. Would most definitely stay there again.

I was really surprised to be given a room upgrade. The room on the 6th floor was lovely and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I appreciated the decaf coffee as this is not often provided. It did get noisy at night being close to Leicester square but that is part of the location's experience. Overall a great experience and I will visit again in the future

Location obviously and the Rooftop Bar is a bonus, our view over Leicester Square was a nice surprise and the rooms look warm, cozy and their well equipped.
